The load arms are creeping open when the system is under load, which may indicate incorrect valve settings or pressure imbalance.

 
 

Resolution Steps:

 

  1. Adjust Load Holding Valve (No. 15):


    • Turn the valve clockwise by 1 full turn to increase the setting.

    2. Adjust Safety Valve (No. 12):

    • After adjusting valve 15, also turn valve 12 clockwise by 1 full turn to maintain system pressure balance.

  • Ensure the hydraulic system is powered down and depressurized before making any adjustments.
