Steps to Fit Sensor Kit

Step 1: Remove the black cover from the top of the dispenser unit.

Step 2 – Drill Hole in Cover

  • Measure 75mm from the edge of the cover and drill a 12mm hole in the center of the plastic cover.

  • Ensure the hole is positioned above the small dispenser gears.

Step 3 – Mount Metal Sensing Bracket

  • Mount the metal sensing bracket on top of the small dispenser gear.

  • Secure with the circlip.

  • If the circlip groove is inaccessible, loosen grub screws on the locking collars, raise the shaft, insert the circlip, then re-tighten.

Step 4 – Drill Mast Cap Hole

  • Drill a 6mm hole in the plastic cap at the top of the dispenser mast.

  • Feed the sensor cable down through the hole.

  •

Step 5 – Drill Mast Underside Hole

  • Drill a 12mm hole on the underside of the dispenser mast, near the electrical junction box.

  • Feed the sensor cable through.

Step 6 – Wire the Sensor

  • Remove the junction box cover.

  • Route the sensor cable inside and connect as follows:

    • Black wire → IP2

    • Blue wire → OV

    • Brown wire → +V

Step 7 – Fit Sensor and Cover

  • Fit the sensor into the dispenser gear cover.

  • Mount the cover back onto the dispenser frame.

Step 8 – Connect Sensor Cable & Power On

  • Attach the sensor cable to the sensor.

  • Switch on the controller.

Step 9 – Verify Sensor Operation

  • Rotate the dispenser rolls slowly.

  • The LED should illuminate when the metal bracket passes the sensor.

  • Adjust if necessary (do not set too close to avoid damage).

Step 10 – Secure Cabling

  • Use cable ties to fix the sensor cable to the dispenser frame.

Step 11 – Mount Buzzer

  • Drill a small hole next to the junction box for mounting the buzzer.

Step 12 – Wire the Buzzer

  • Connect the buzzer inside the junction box at C (circled in red):

    • Brown wire → +

    • Blue wire → -

Additional Information

  • Ensure all covers are securely re-fitted after installation.
