AUTOCUT M10 Rear Mower
The TANCO AUTOCUT M10 Rear Mower requires a total of 36 blades, split between left-hand and right-hand orientations:
  • Left-Hand Blades – 20 required
    These are to be installed in specific positions on the mower disc units to achieve the correct cutting pattern.

  • Right-Hand Blades – 16 required
    These work in conjunction with the left-hand blades and are fitted in alternating positions.

M3 Front Mower
The TANCO AUTOCUT M3 Front Mower requires a total of 14 blades, also in left- and right-hand configurations:

    These blades follow the same fitting logic as the M10, providing balanced operation across the front mower's cutting discs.

Caution

Blades are double-edged – gloves must be worn during handling operations.

Damaged blades may damage the cutter bar, resulting in a poor cutting performance. Damaged blades must be replaced at the earliest opportunity.

 

 

Quick Fit Blades

  • Insert the quick fit handle between the disc and the blade retention plate. 
  • Lever the retention plate downwards and remove the plate.
  • Flip the blade over the fresh side, or replace it with a new one if it is damaged or word out. 
  • Release the quick change handle. The blade retention plate will spring back up and hold the blade in place.
