Parts Required:
1 × 1330644 Magnet Bracket
1 × 1309203 RDS Sensor (4m Cable)
2 x 1309206 Reed Sensor Magnet [Red]
Step 1
Drill a 15mm hole in the wrap arm so that the sensor harness can fit through. Drill the hole in the position marked with the red arrow.
Step 2
Remove the dispenser gears cover.
Step 3
Measure a distance of 75 mm from the edge of the cover, and drill a 12 mm hole in the centre of the plastic cover.
Important: Ensure that the hole is drilled in the cover in a position so that it will be located above the small dispenser gears.
Step 4
Fit the bracket and two magnets to the small dispenser gear.
Step 5
Remove the wrap arm tube insert.
Step 6
Feed the sensor harness through the previous drilled hole up to the top of the wrap arm.
Step 7
Fit the wires of the Film Break sensor to the 8 pin connector located inside the wrap arm tube.
Connect as follows:
Film break sensor Brown wire > Black wire at connector.
Film break sensor Blue wire > blue wire at connector.
Step 8
Refit the wrap arm tube insert.
Note: A new plastic insert may be required.
Step 9
Fit the sensor into the drilled hole of the plastic cover.
Adjust sensor height so that the sensor tip is flush with the inner nut.
Step 10
Refit the dispenser gears cover.
