If the wrapping function isn’t working in either manual or auto, - it must be a problem with the controls to that function rater than a sensor problem.
The main proportional valve is working for other functions and from the sound of oil pressurising, it is activating when trying to wrap.
We haven’t had many problems with the motors and brake and also there looks to be no movement of the wrapping arm so that makes it less likely to a motor. With a faulty motor, you would expect that the arm would move a little and stall .
Highlighted in the picture below is the Valve section that controls the wrapping, it has valve cable no. 4 connected to it.
Step 1.
Check power is coming to this cable when the rotate button is pressed.
Step 2.
Is the coil magnetising ? Loosen the plastic nut holding the coil and see if it grips on the stem of the valve when powered.
Step 3.
If the electric supply and coil are good, then the spooling in the valve may be stuck (this is not uncommon).
a. The spool can be manually moved by pushing the on the end of the valve as shown below.

b. You should feel the movement against the spring inside (3-4mm).
c. Pushing this a few times can free spool.

The spool can be removed from the valve section by taking the cap off the opposite side and pulling it out with a pliers. It should slide freely.
