Ensure the metal sensing bracket is mounted to the Small Dispenser Gear.
The correct mounting of this metal sensing bracket is shown in the image below.
Once this metal sensing bracket is mounted to the correct position, mount the dispenser cover onto the dispenser frame.
When the sensor is receiving power, and when the sensor is reading the metal bracket beneath, the LED light will illuminate. Slowly rotate the dispenser rolls to see if the light is appearing and
disappearing as the metal bracket passes by the sensor.

If the light is not appearing, then adjust the sensor accordingly.
Note: Setting the sensor too close to the metal bracket could result in damage to the tip of the sensor
Please ensure that the following steps are followed to ensure that the film break sensors are mounted correctly.
