This 'Reset Safety' message will appear on the screen when the aluminium safety arms are triggered and the safety sensor looses the signal.
If you are experiencing the Reset Safety Error inexplicably, please review the following questions:
1. What year is this 1400V machine?
2. Do you know what type of sensor arrangement is set up on this machine for the safety sensor.
- Has this 1400V have the inductive or the magnet sensor fitted for the safety arms.
- Can you please take a photo of the sensor that is fitted to this machine.
3. Is this 'Reset Safety' message appearing every time you start the cycle Automatically or inconsistently (intermittent fault)?
4. During what stage is this 'Reset Safety' message appearing on the screen of the controller during the wrapping process?
5. Can you please get a video if possible showing exactly when this 'Reset Safety' message is appearing on the screen of the controller.
6. Assuming this machine has the inductive sensors fitted, can you please check that both inductive sensors are lighting up when the safety arms are in the outwards position.
